Last Thursday, I was playing Pokemon Emerald, then I decided to take a quick break to go through some stuff that got thrown under my bed. I found my magic 8 ball, and just for the fun of it, I asked it "Will I find a shiny pokemon tonight?" It said "Without A Dought". I laughed and thought "Yeah right". So a few minutes after that, I went back to playing Emerald. I decided to go to Route 119 to try to find a Feebas. As soon as I got to the river thing, I went fishing with the Super Rod. Right away I caught a Carvavha, but it wasn't just any Carvanha, it was shiny! I was really suprized and shocked at the same time. The first thing I did was throw an Ultra Ball at it. It caught on the first throw. The IV's weren't the best, but it did have a Lonely nature. It also is a female, which works out good becuase Sharpedo's shiny form is pink. Trained it, and nicknamed it Mystery. But the wierd thing about this is that both of the random shiny encounter that I've had happend right after I had a random thought about shiny pokemon. Like the first shiny encounter that I've had. I was in the Great Marsh capturing pokemon. I saw a Tangela, then I wondered why was blue insted of green, since it's a grass type. Then, Just a few minutes after that, I found a shiny Tangela, and it happened to be green! And now a magic 8 ball predicted that I would find a shiny pokemon, and I did just a few minutes after I asked the 8 ball about it. Maybe this is just a cowincedence, or maybe it's something more. Maybe like psychic powers or something. If its psychic powers, that would be really cool, becuase I've always wanted them <^^,>  Cowincedence, or not? You decide.

I was playing Pokemon Platinum the other day and something strange happend. I went to the pokecenter to heal my pokemon from my last battle. Then Nurse Joy said that one of my pokemon had pokerus, so I looked at all of my pokemon's summeries. I didnt see the pokerus symbol or the little smiley face, so I thought it was just a fause alarm or something. After that, I decided to go to the Great Marsh to catch some pokemon. I caught a Tangela, then I had a wierd thought. Wouldnt it look better if it was green since it is a grass type pokemon. Afew minutes later, I was still in the Great Marsh, and then I found something. I encountered a shiny Tangela. I was shocked, but really happy because it is green! I through a few Safari Balls at it but it wouldnt stay in. Then it ran away. I was really disapointed because 1. It was a shiny pokemon. and 2. It was Green. So I got really lucky and had a pokerus slighting and saw a shiny pokemon all in the same day. I still wish that I could catch it though.
