This week's flavour is AdvanceShipping. And what better way to do it then to show off a new fanfic! This week's story is the retelling of the Wallace Cup, but this time Ash and May will find their love for each other, how cute! Although this fic is only one chapter in, I can tell that I will enjoy the rest of this and will keep on supporting the author! Can you tell I've had too much sugar today?!

The warm afternoon sun shined brightly onto the beautiful Pokémon making the sensitive Pokémon Milotic gleam with a magical sparkle captivating the young children watching as the master coordinator Wallace work his magic. "Wow that Milotic is amazing as graceful as it performs kind of like May when she performs when she's on stage" Ash let his mind wonder as he watched the spectacle behold in front of him. Thoughts of May flooded his mind as he remembered the coordinator he had parted ways just months ago, within the months of started a new in Sinnoh, Ash had met Brock once more as well as a new friend, Dawn who was very much like May when she first started a budding trainer. Each time he saw Dawn perform he would always think of May be reminded of the great times they had.

This week's story is a what if story, what would happen if Dawn had moved to Pallet Town in her childhood and was one of the trainers that started out along with Ash and Gary. The story takes the view of Dawn and the start of the journey, along with a little rivalry between Dawn and Misty. But as a pearlshipping fic, I can safely say this story will end up with Dawn and Ash.

To say Dawn Berlitz was excited would be understatement. Tomorrow would be the day that she was going to start her Pokemon journey at the same time as her best friends, Ash Ketchum and Gary Oak. Dawn met Ash and Gary when she moved to Pallet Town many years ago; she'd lived in Twinleaf Town before. Her mother, Johanna Berlitz, got divorced from her father and wanted to move to Pallet Town to get away from him. Johanna was friends with Delia Ketchum, Ash's mother, as they did go to Pokemon School together. Dawn quickly became friends with Ash and he quickly became her best friend. Ash was the one who introduced her to Gary. At first, she didn't know what to think about this Gary Oak character. But after she got to know him, she became friends with him and was soon as close to Gary as she was Ash.

It was in the middle of the night at Berlitz house, and Dawn was sitting down on her bed, watching a Pokemon battle on her big, flat screen TV. She winced when one of the Pokemon fell to the ground hard. Dawn hated to see a Pokemon in pain, but knew that in battles the Pokemon had to be hurt to win the Pokemon battle. She absentmindedly ran hand through her silky blue hair making it messier than it already was, but was too into the battle to even notice. Suddenly, Dawn heard her bedroom door open and she turned around from the TV to see who was at the door. She smiled brightly when she saw that it was her mother at the door. Johanna looked like an older version of Dawn, but with shorter hair.

Here is a quick post about the story that I am currently reading this week. This is a cute furthershipping story. For those who don't know what furthershipping, it is the relationship between Ash and Leaf (Blue), the girl from the FireRed and LeafGreen games. I like this couple because they never talk about the other two trainers that left Pallet Town except that they gave up on their journey. Well I always thought that one of those two could have been the a girl, similar to how Blue is in the comic.

Chapter 1: Finding out

A raven haired teenager woke up late on a Friday, feeling completely exhausted from the surprise 14th birthday party thrown for him during the previous night at his friend and former rival, Gary Oak's house. Proud of his recent accomplishments in the Sinnoh region, Ash Ketchum of Pallet town had come home two weeks prior. His mother Delia, Professor Oak, Gary himself and Tracy Sketchit had all been at the party, along side the teenage trainer's most recent traveling buddies: Dawn Berlitz and Brock Harrison. Not to mention all of their pokemon. The party had gone on till early in the morning and involved some questionable activities while Delia Ketchum and the Professor had left to attend to some business in town.

It's didn't exactly help that Gary's 14th birthday party had run a similar length just one day prior and had involved even more questionable activities. Not having adults in the house was awesome. Strange that it happened on two consecutive days. Ash tried to get out of his bed while exhausted, resulting in him falling on his ass. The pain quickly put him in an alert state of mind. Quickly brushing his teeth, taking a bath and getting dressed, Ash got ready to chow down. He ran downstairs, almost tripping on the stairs on the way.

"Hey, mom?" Ash said quietly while looking around. There was no response. "Strange."

His mother was nowhere to be seen. Her trusty Mr. Mime had also vanished. Ash put his shoes on, assuming that his mom had gone out. Suddenly, Pikachu came up to him.

"Hey Pikachu. Do you know where mom went?"

Pikachu simply pointed out the large building that could be seen from the window: Professor Oak's lab. Dawn had been staying there since Ash had finished up in Sinnoh two weeks prior. Brock had visited his own family and returned for the party the previous day. He left once again late in the night after an emergency in the Pewter City gym required his immediate attention. In contrast, Dawn's intention was to travel Kanto for pokemon contests as Ash's friend May once did. Her 12th birthday had already passed by just before the group finished up in Sinnoh; it was unfortunate that she didn't get to spend it with her family, having been far away from her home in Twinleaf Town. As to the accomplished pokemon trainer: he didn't have an immediate plan regarding where to go next on his journey and was just biding his time till something came up. Grabbing his belt containing his pokeballs and putting on his coat, he exited the house.

Warning, this fic contains very OCness (out of character). This is a school fic about May trying to win the heart of her beloved Ash, with rival girls, Misty and Dawn giving her a run for her money. Contains a clumsy May, a dense Ash, a beautiful Misty, and a cutie in Dawn.

Touka City (Petalburg City): the city of a thousand petals blooms again. Spring has come to this bustling city of flowers. It is called so because of the abundance of dozens of flowers at every home garden or park. There lives a family of five in this city of a thousand petals. Among the family is a twelve-year-old girl who is currently getting ready for probably one of the biggest days of her life—the start of a new school year. So what's so exciting about a new semester? What's so exciting about going back to school for another year of endless volleys of homework and hours of lectures which take the fun out of the youth?

Here's a hint:

"I can't believe I'm going to see him again, kamo!" She said; followed by an earsplitting squeal.

"Onee-chan, would you keep it down?" Her brother knocked on the door; annoyed by his sister's excessive squealing. "You've been squealing for about an hour already!"

"What's wrong with squealing when I'm about to see…'him'?"

"For starters, you're going to wake the neighbors up."

"Oh please, it's like six in the morning already. They're already up…unless they want to be late for something."

"Ugh! Just make it fast or we're going to be late on the first day of school. I don't want my clean record to be stained because of you."

"Yeah, yeah, just give me five minutes."

"Yeah right, that's what you said twenty minutes ago."

"You want me to finish up or not?"

Meet Kumano Haruka (May Maple): age 12, brown hair, sapphire eyes, born on the 28th of February, and a girl who has a burning passion for a thing called love. She has a young brother who goes by the name of Kumano Masato (Max Maple): age 9, dark green hair with a hint of black, emerald eyes, born on the 10th of March, and the most annoying person on the face of the planet…at least according to Haruka. Both are students of East Touka City Academy: Haruka entering her first year in high school and Masato entering fifth grade in elementary school. There was a significant gap between the two: Masato is sometimes called "the walking zukan (Pokedex)" because of his broad knowledge of Pokemon. On the other hand, Haruka could barely answer a test without being tutored by her little brother which was very embarrassing on her part.

But today, all that was going to change. A new school year means a fresh chance to start anew. She had been waiting for this day—the day when the boy of her dreams would return again…and another three years of adventures full of mishaps.

"Look out, Satoshi (Ash Ketchum)!" Haruka said; upholding her clenched fist. "It's Haruka's second coming, kamo!"

She was so busy on her ultimate goal; her foot got caught in a shallow hole and tripped.

Yay, it Monday! This means another new fic for everyone! I think this will be the 3rd pearlshipping fic. You can tell how much I like pearlshipping! A story about a grown up Ash and a grown up Dawn! You know they'll get married!

Jasmine of Olivine, the girl wearing the green dress- an update from her old white sundress – scanned the area, her eyes flickering ever so slightly at random moments. The city was lively, that was certain. Wingulls cried overhead, as the hot, blistering, unforgiving sun, shone upon the solar-powered metropolis. The brunette girl wandered around aimlessly, hoping that she would get out of the sun for a couple of seconds. She ended up under an elevated promenade, and the girl sighed in relief. She would allow her body temperature to lower for a couple of minutes and go back outside to the sun. Why was she here anyways?

Oh yeah, Falkner. That's why she was there.

Here's a Pearlshipping fic where Ash and Dawn have just met, Ash being a trainer returning home to pallet, who meets Dawn, a girl running away from her abusive father. I just want to point out that its hard to find an original character fic on Ash and Dawn without it being some kind of school fic or a save the world fic.

When Two Worlds Collide is a sweet little story that all pearlshippers should read. A story where Ash has already saved the world and is on to save little innocent Dawn. Broken glass lay on the floor; the boards creaked and moaned in protest from my weight. My heart was in my throat, beating faster than a humming bird's wing. All the lights in the house were off, thank god. I could hear my father's soars from upstairs, and I knew he was sleeping. He always argued that he doesn't snore.

I walked up the old stairs and quietly walked into my room. I closed my door and shut my eyes, slumping against the door. I finally opened my eyes and rested them on my empty bed. I was glad; I would only get one beating tomorrow. I quickly and quietly undressed and laid on my bed, the door next to mine opened and I heard the weight coming towards my room I shut my eyes softly and breathed slowly, knowing that he would be stupid enough to think I would be sleeping. My door shut softly and I opened my left eye to see that I was alone again.

I had gotten home from work late tonight, and I knew my dad would have beaten me for not being home on time. I took in a shaky breath, remembering what had happened in school today.

It's hard to find Bianca and Ash fanfictions, usually they're Ash and Latias, which doesn't make a whole lot sense to me. I always found their relationship to be cute and finally found a cute little one-shot.

Since it's an one-shot, here is the story in its entirety:

Altomare, meaning 'High Sea'. Ash remembered that, vividly. He remembered the canals that stretched out like an Escher drawing, twisting and turning, linking and breaking, widening and narrowing throughout the entire town, a maze of tranquil blue, gondolas and speedboats alike afloat on the surface, travelling slowly or quickly to their destinations. White buildings, tall and unmarred by dirt, tended to carefully in order to be kept in pristine condition. It took a lot to inspire awe in him, but Ash was struck breathless every single time he even thought of the place.

And now he stared at it once more, for real. Each block of white concrete, dappled by sunlight that only the faintest of clouds disturbed, catching the rays and reflecting them, even glowing slightly. Each wave and ripple of water, each smiling face and happy voice. Without a doubt, Altomare was among one of the most scenic places he knew of, or had ever visited. He had arrived just moments ago, from a boat that linked the mainland with this tiny, quiet, yet lively island paradise. Here, humans, nature, and Pokémon got along in near-perfect harmony. Even now, looking around, he spotted at least half a dozen Water-types ambling through the water, keeping pace with the sleepy gondolas, and speeding alongside the faster vehicles with little trouble.
