I was playing Pokemon Platinum the other day and something strange happend. I went to the pokecenter to heal my pokemon from my last battle. Then Nurse Joy said that one of my pokemon had pokerus, so I looked at all of my pokemon's summeries. I didnt see the pokerus symbol or the little smiley face, so I thought it was just a fause alarm or something. After that, I decided to go to the Great Marsh to catch some pokemon. I caught a Tangela, then I had a wierd thought. Wouldnt it look better if it was green since it is a grass type pokemon. Afew minutes later, I was still in the Great Marsh, and then I found something. I encountered a shiny Tangela. I was shocked, but really happy because it is green! I through a few Safari Balls at it but it wouldnt stay in. Then it ran away. I was really disapointed because 1. It was a shiny pokemon. and 2. It was Green. So I got really lucky and had a pokerus slighting and saw a shiny pokemon all in the same day. I still wish that I could catch it though.
